职位描述:
我们招聘的是一位专业的市场营销人才,加入到德成行的互联网团队。市场助理主要负责德成行北美线上及线下的品牌营销,协助市场经理执行品牌活动的推广。市场助理会根据市场营销战略规划来策划活动并统计和分析数据,协调合作伙伴,实现品牌合作的互利。我们希望你是非常有条理的,专注细节、执行力强,能够同时处理多项任务;适应节奏快速的工作环境,拥有优秀的沟通能力和执行力。
工作职责:
" 协助市场经理制定年度活动营销策略,按活动流程执行活动文案,并对活动数据进行分析,整理活动报告
" 管理并联系目标媒体和第三方战略合作伙伴,保持良好的合作关系,并兼顾产品和营销策略
" 创建和发布公司品牌相关的新闻稿、媒体关系内容,案例研究,公司简报内容,社交媒体内容和产品相关内容
" 参与线下品牌活动的策划,协助活动经理完成活动前咨询合规规划包括活动推广和注册,相关人员配备安排,活动跟进和报告
" 协助市场经理制定品牌的公关关系计划,旨在品牌和产品内容的创造和塑造良好的公众形象,根据需求创建新闻资料和其他宣传材料
" 协调德成行不同部门之间的工作,如客服部门及网站管理部门,协助新产品的营销推广和产品发布相关的公关工作
" 协助市场经理进行市场调研和市场资料搜集和分析,分析竞争对手,不同市场渠道的需求分析,整理并做成报告
任职要求:
" 大学本科以上或同等学历,商科、经济管理、市场营销、公关关系、传媒传播等相关领域优先,
" 有食品/个户美妆/保健品/互联网或电子商务方面的经验优先,至少两年活动策划及市场营销方面相关工作经验
" 具有良好的创造力、想象力、执行力和强大的责任感,能适应快节奏的工作能力,在动态环境下能够在时间截点前完成任务
" 有创意、概念性和逻辑性,对新产品和现有产品及热销品,作研究分析,能编辑介绍产品并发布文案,有一定的文案功底者优先
" 熟悉中美社交媒体,能搭建品牌的社交媒体,具有相关常见社交平台经验者优先,如:FB、YouTube、微博、微信公众平台等
" 熟练运用各办公软件(包括Excel, Word和PowerPoint),具备良好的中英文听、说、读、写的能力

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a very important member TS Emporium eCommerce team. This is not your typical coordinator position and this person will be asked to own important aspects of our eCommerce sales and marketing activities. This talented individual will not only engage on a wide range of online and offline marketing efforts, but also oversee major projects and initiatives that drive our business forward. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 years of applicable experience with a passion for the creative process, project oversight and delivering materials and initiatives to necessary timelines. This position will require hands-on engagement in developing and managing multiple eCommerce channels including social media, email, website as well as offline marketing activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ideal Candidate Description: Will have demonstrated experience building brands through marketing strategy and campaign management. This person has a deep understanding and passion in technology and digital marketing.
" Assist Marketing Manager to develop and execute annual marketing strategy. Document, analyze and organize activity report;
" Manage and contact target Media and third party strategic partner, maintain good rapport and relationship, and take into account product and marketing strategy;
" Create and publish company brand-related press releases, media relations content, case studies, corporate newsletter content, social media content and product-related content;
" Participate in the planning of offline branding activities. Assist the event manager to complete the activities including planning, promotion, registration, compliance, staffing arrangements, activities follow-up and reporting;
" Assist the Marketing Manager in developing a brand PR plan that aims to create and shape a good public image of the brand, product content, create news materials and other promotional material as required;
" Coordinate and liaise between different departments, such as Customer Service Department and Web Data Management Department, assist new product marketing and product release related PR work;
" Assist marketing managers in market research and market data collection and analysis, analysis of competitors, market channel needs analysis, and structure the report for presentation;
" You are able to take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or managers;
" You strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverable meet or exceed expectations;
" You are an effective communicator, value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills;
" You are able to foresee potential roadblocks or conflicts and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure;
" The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds;
Qualifications and Skills
" Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, public relations, mass media or related field. Marketing experience in food/cosmetics/nutritional products/eCommerce preferred;
" 2+ years of managing marketing and sales development;
" 2 + years of digital & social media campaign experience;
" Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in Chinese and English;
" Familiar with Chinese and US social media platforms and working experience building branding on social media (example, FB, Youtube, Weibo, and Weixin and other relevant social media platforms);
" Knowledge of basic HTML;
" Ability to manage complex program details while considering each elements impact on the big picture;
" Direct experience managing digital assets;
" Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables;
" Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy;
" Flexibility in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environments;
" Have a creative mindset with strong knowledge of social content and platforms;
" Familiar with industry trends in marketing innovation;
" Grace under pressure - calm and logical problem solving when issues arise;
" Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills;
" Content writing for webpages and blogs is a must, proven track record in content writing and research analysis for products - will have to provide writing samples;
" Ability to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders;
" Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
" Experience using project/process management tools;
" Some knowledge of Photography is a plus;
" Comfortable with ambiguity;
