Dental Treatment Planning Coordinator/Case Presentation/Receptionist (Rancho Cucamonga)


We are a multi-speciality dental office located in Rancho Cucamonga.

We are seeking for the right/passionate individual to join our amazing team!

流利中，英文，会西班牙语者更佳。


Responsibilities
* Treatment planning/presentation
* Offer financial arrangements including CareCredit and in-office payment plans
* Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
* Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company policies
* Checking online insurance eligibility/benefits including PPO & Denti-Cal
* Scan insurance forms, EOBs', medical history, other documents into computer database
* Answering phones
* Scheduling & Confirm Appointments
* Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointments
* Cash Handling
* Checking voicemail on a daily basis
* Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
* Professional attitude and appearance
* All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Salary: Based on experience

Language:
* ENGLISH & SPANISH & Mandarin Chinese
