We are a pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Chino and looking for a Q/C Specialist

Job Title: Q/C Specialist
Nature of work: Full-Time
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above
Work location: Chino

Job Description:
1. Be familiar with cGMP
2. Developing supplement formula
3. Ensure food safety and quality
4. Follow through on set processes and make sure the adherence to good manufacturing practices, food safety, and product quality standards.
5. Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
6. Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
7. Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
8. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
9. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
10. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
11. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

Job Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in science programs.
2. Previous experience in Q/C, and Q/A division
3. Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
5. Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
