Import Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for the ideal Import Logistics Coordinator candidate to join our team. We are a fast growing manufacturing company located in City of Industry CA 91746

Responsibilities:
· Receive ISF, shipping instructions, and shipping documents from overseas
· Forward shipping documents to ocean freight companies
· Arrange trucking
· Update import planning excel
· Print all documents to file and hand packing lists to warehouse for container receiving
· Receive arrival notices and delivery orders and forward to brokers accordingly
· Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules

Requirements:
· 1 year of import experience is required
· Proficiency in Word, Excel
· Great communication skills
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task
· Bilingual in Chinese
