Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring everyone in the customer support representative team provide customer service support efficiency to achieve high customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
· Provide trainings to new hires, delegate tasks to customer support representatives, ensuring high level of customer service satisfaction; · Provide support to the team as needed; · Assist with important customer issues and requests, provide customer service using CRM system; · Monitor each work station to make sure it is running smoothly;
· Ensure the team is working quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues within DJI time guidelines.
· Serve as the liaison to communicate with other departments;
· Responsible for identify areas for improvement and find solutions to improve customer satisfaction;
· Prioritize and optimize work based on sense of urgency while maintaining the quality in which DJI stands for
· Responsible for ensuring OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times (safety responsibilities)
· Works well in a team environment.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job will supervise a team of six members.

Education and experience
Associate degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
